Abstract: This processing of various flavors of salted eggs aims to produce salted eggs with the flavors of onion, shrimp and chocolate. The steps include preparing the necessary tools and materials, checking the eggs to be salted (cracked / not), cleaning the salted eggs to be salted, making the dough / salting medium (smooth bricks and salt solution), ripening the eggs with fine bricks and salt solution for 7-15 days, dismantling the salted and cleaned eggs, injecting flavored extracts into the eggs, closing the needle holes with a toothpick, ripening eggs by steaming 60 minutes, and setting salted eggs according to taste. The selling price of salted eggs was Rp. 1,100 / item increased to Rp. 1,500 / item if made into various flavors of salted eggs. The processing of various flavors of salted eggs gives a positive signal in terms of sales turnover and the market potential to increase the income of breeders and the community.

Salted eggs that are often found in traditional markets or supermarkets are original products of Indonesian society which are processed in an illegal manner Home Industry (Home industry). The taste is distinctive and savory, which the Indonesian people really like. Apart from its delicious and savory taste, salted eggs are often used as a medicine for diarrhea or stomach upset.
The new innovation in processing various flavors of salted eggs will be a new business opportunity. Business of salted eggs with various flavors needs to be made, in addition to adding new variations, these various salted eggs are also to meet nutritional intake, especially for people who do not like eggs with a salty taste. Salted eggs on the market today sometimes have an uncertain salinity, so sometimes consumers feel reluctant to buy salted eggs.
The business of making salted eggs is very promising because of the large demand. Salted egg products can still be developed in various flavors and aromas, such as onion taste, chocolate flavor, and shrimp flavor. The various flavors of salted eggs can add to the diversity of typical foods that can be produced according to market demand.
Warisno (2005: 3) in table 1 (Appendix 1) states that duck eggs also contain calcium and magnesium minerals. Eggs meet the criteria as a food material with high biological value because the protein is easily digested with a digestibility coefficient of 96%. Compared to beef, rice, and corn, the biological value of duck egg protein is the highest because it is easily digested by the body, eggs are very suitable for consumption, especially by children under five (requires 15 grams of protein per day).
This program aims to determine the processing of various flavors of salted eggs in order to have a higher selling value in the community. In addition, this program also aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be applied to the business of processing salted eggs with various flavors, and to find out the economic impact that arises from the processing of various flavors of salted eggs.
The expected output from this various-flavored salted egg business is a variety of high-quality, durable and long-lasting salted egg products that have a distinctive and delicious taste, and have a higher selling value in the community which will have an impact on creating relationships. partnership with duck breeders with various flavored salted egg processing companies, thus duck eggs from breeders can be sold directly without having to be brought to the market and so on. Salted eggs with various flavors can be exported abroad, giving rise to new entrepreneurial opportunities that can be developed by the community.
The difficulty faced in making various flavored salted eggs (chocolate, shrimp and onion) lies in the method of injecting flavored extracts and incubating them. Production activities begin with preparing the necessary tools and materials, followed by checking and cleaning the eggs to be salted (cracked / not), preparing a salt solution, making dough / salting medium (smooth bricks and salt solution). In addition, promotions can be carried out directly from person to person, by giving free salted eggs to consumers to try, and leaving them in food stalls. The market share of these various flavored salted egg products is very wide, only innovation and more professional management are needed to increase the number of sales of various flavored salted egg products.
In making salted eggs of various flavors (chocolate, shrimp and onions), the tools and materials needed are duck eggs, cocoa powder, onions, shrimp, salt, fine bricks, blender, syringes, toothpicks, napkins, basins (buckets). large), stamps, and sieves.
The most appropriate solution to overcome the risk of breaking eggs when injecting flavored extracts above is to be more careful and choose good quality eggs to be made into various flavored salted egg products, the implementation of product marketing must be done more aggressively with various promotional media so that the public knows that there is a variety of flavored salted egg products that can be used as an alternative to new businesses from duck egg farming.
Another strategy that can be used in the development of the various flavored salted egg industry is to use direct marketing and perform analysis SWOT on various flavored salted egg products so that we can better understand the advantages, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in the development of various flavors of salted eggs, to facilitate the marketing process of various flavors of salted eggs can be completed with permission from the health office and the trade office.

This activity shows a positive signal if it is managed more professionally and with high business orientation, the continuation of the salted egg business with various flavors is also very promising, this activity has succeeded 90 % and is just waiting for a sustainable production process. Chocolate-flavored salted egg, shrimp, and onion products are the first on the market so that business development is very wide open, it needs to increase the marketing network because these various flavored salted egg products are still very new so promotional activities must be carried out intensively, so that people become know and are interested in tasting and buying various flavored salted egg products. These various flavors of salted egg products also have more advantages than the price of regular salted eggs. If they are made with various flavors, the selling price can reach Rp. 1,500 per egg compared to only regular salted eggs which price in the market is Rp. 1,100.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
From the results of the implementation, it can be concluded that the business of various flavors of salted egg is very potential to be developed because of a new innovation in the form of various flavors of salted eggs, chocolate, shrimp, and onions. The innovation of various flavors of salted eggs is a new business opportunity that can be developed by the community as a livelihood for a business that has promising prospects because it is not yet on the market. For business development, professional management and appropriate marketing strategies are needed. Inexpensive production processes and costs are added value in itself. It is recommended to people to try to make salted eggs with different flavors.
